Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Today I got a call from a Creative Director of Mccann Erickson. He offered me a job as Graphic Designer. I was stunned cause I've never thought they will confirm in such a short time since the day we interviewed. Somehow I think I would lost my freedom if I work in such a big international agency, my life would be busier and tougher. But, 1 thing for sure, my job exposures will be widen, I learn more things. Is time to farewell my freedom, but i promise i will be back one day with more $$$...

thanks dude. but i am not too sure of joining them now. cause life is too tough in big agency. is like 18 hours working, 6 hours sleep, continue non stop everyday, no more weekend.

dude, if you wanna be a designer there's no question about whether you should take it or not. You need to take it and work for about a year and gain experience (studio) and after that, you can go and freelance, start your own company or some like that but I strongly suggest you take it and not let an opportunity like this pass by.

I checked their site and it's a HUGE design company. Don't be intimidated by the lack of freedom. If you love design, 18hrs would be like nothing. And $20/hr would be a reasonable pay man. But put aside the money factor, experience will be priceless. Go for it yienkeat. But that's my opinon.

thanks for your support damian. i totally lost now. initially i dream to work in big agency like this. somehow my dream is gone when i saw my local market is so so disappointing. is like not much different between big agency and small design house here. so i was thinking is that so important to work in big agency? Anyway i havent made my final decision yet, i am pending for few different companies here, maybe i will choose the one i feel most comfortable with....? floating in the ocean now... T.T

btw, i have experience in agency before already, and the feeling just ok... have been working for 3 years, is time to think clearly what i should i do next... who knows maybe not design?
